Found myself starving at the Quaker Bridge Mall and wandered into the food court looking for something quick but flavorful. The aesthetic of Ruby Thai Kitchen caught my eye—and I had a craving for something on the lighter side, maybe some Thai flavors. I ended up ordering the two chicken combo with mango chicken and coconut chicken, and wow—this meal did not disappoint. The mango chicken was sweet and tangy, while the coconut chicken was creamy and rich without being heavy. For around $13, the portion was huge. I seriously had trouble finishing it all—I was beyond full, borderline beached whale territory by the end. What made it even better was the staff. They were genuinely courteous and offered samples on a stick before I ordered, which helped me confidently choose what I wanted. I came in looking for something light, but I left fully satisfied—and then some. Wouldn’t mind going back again at all to eat some light dish that's not too heavy on the waistline. Nonetheless solid choice if you’re ever hungry at the mall.

I had a fantastic experience at Ruby Thai Kitchen! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Their friendly personalities added a special touch to the dining experience. More importantly, the area was clean from the outside in. The food was great, and I highly recommend my favorite, the coconut shrimp! Overall, Ruby Thai Kitchen is a delightful spot for delicious food and a welcoming vibe.

Tried many foods in the mall before, this Ruby Thai is excellent!! Great quality food, Delicious , fresh and tasty. Highly recommend to try. I ordered the PadThai noodle, love it. Will definitely come back every time.

I came here to celebrate I passed the drivers test, and it had a delicious taste, I remembered some famous food in my country. And the people gave a good costumer service 10/10

We had the barbecue chicken and the spicy pineapple chicken. Both were fantastic. And you got a good amount to eat. Everyone was very friendly. Really nice time.

It's in the Quakerbridge mall. Food court isn't too shabby. Some good variety of chicken dishes, delicious, but on the oiler side.
